The Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurthi Vidyapitham
In the precincts of the Ashram exists the Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti Vidyapitham with Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti as the presiding deity. The activities of the Sri Dakshinamurti Vidyapitham are managed by a Trust known as Sri Dakshinamurti Seva Samiti. The Shanmatha Murtis, namely Sri Vinayakar, Sri Subrahmanyar, Sri Dakshinamurti (Utsavar), Sri Sharadambal, Sri Badari Narayanar, and Sri Surya Narayanar, have been consecrated in separate mandapams in the Vidyapitham.
The Maha Kumbhabhishekam of the Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti temple was performed in June 2004 in a grand manner. The Samvatsarabhishekam of the Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti temple together with the Kumbhabhishekam of the Shanmatha deities was performed on 20th June 2005. Panchakala Poojas are performed regularly, including three-time Abhishekam performed to Sri Swarna Kaleeshwarar (Lingam) and Dharmasamvardhani Ambal. On the first day of every Tamil month, Pradosham, Pournami days, and all other auspicious occasions, special abhishekams and poojas are performed.
With the consecration of Devaguru Brihaspati, the Dakshinamurti Vidyapitham at Vedapuri, Theni, has become a unique Gurusthalam wherein both the Adiguru and Devaguru shower their divine grace on the devotees under one roof.
The temple is endowed with all the features of an ideal kshetra, namely:
Murti: Sri Adiguru Prajna Dakshinamurti
Sthalam: Vedapuri
Thirtham: Surabhi Saraswati (Mullaiyaru)
Vruksham: Vata
The other unique features of Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti Temple are: The temple architecture is designed as per the Purva Karanagama Vidhipatala Shastra.
It is located at the southern end of the locality. It is situated on the banks of a river.
The Moola Mantras for each deity, written a few crore times by several hundred devotees, have been preserved under each idol. The height of Moolavar Adiguru Sri Prajna Dakshinamurti is 9 feet. The length and breadth of the mahamantapam are 108 ft x 54 ft respectively.
The five kalasams above the moolavar's vimanam symbolize the Panchakshara Mahamantra: Namah Sivaya.
The darshan of the Moolavar and the Vimana can be had simultaneously from any part of the mahamantapam.
The Trust also organizes the Jnana Yajnas of Sri Swamiji at various places in India and abroad.

One-Day / Lifetime Puja Corpus
Pancha (5) Kala Poojas, in addition to Sri Gau mutra Pooja in the Sri Dakshinamurti Temple, are performed every day. Devotees may participate in the One-Day / Lifetime Pooja Corpus by paying ₹1,000/- for one-day pooja and ₹5,000/- for lifetime Pooja Corpus.
